Parallel is an augmented reality painting experience I created to make creative expression more accessible for people with blindness or low vision. The concept transforms color into sound, allowing users to paint through an entirely new sensory language.
Impact
By mapping hue to pitch and proximity to amplitude, the experience explores how immersive technology can bridge sight and sound. While still an evolving research project, Parallel demonstrates the potential for augmented reality to create more inclusive and meaningful forms of creativity.
